Company products were crossed referenced with an adaptive feature list. Key Findings: // Emergency Response Personnel application features heavily consisted of diagnosis, learning, reference guides. Given the limited product base for emergency response personnel to access immediate patient information, a product with these features would be a key differentiator. // 'Patient' medical applications primarily targeting three different audiences: 1) senior citizens, 2) individuals with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes or heart failure, and 3) individuals that tracked fitness and nutrition. // Assumption: Individuals are unwilling or are fearful of sharing medical information. Assessment: It is encouraging that individuals tracking fitness and nutrition are willing to share limited personal medical or health information.
